Dear Scott,
You have probably heard about the recent news stories involving college football players being investigated and penalized by the NCAA due to violations involving agents. With more and more high profile players such as Georgia's AJ Green and Alabama's Marcell Dareus receiving suspensions for having inappropriate contact with and accepting gifts from agents this season, speculation has continued to grow over whether these agents should be punished along with the athletes. Some college coaches, like Nick Saban, have suggested that the NFL Players Association should monitor and control what agents do, and that if an agent does anything to harm a player's eligibility, he should have his license suspended. But while all this talk of promoting change is great, at the end of the day, its the actions that speak louder than words.
